Aimee is responsible for the service and administration of self-insured benefit plans and Cost Plus plans. This includes processing health and dental claims, payments and invoicing to clients, and processing enrollments, changes and terminations. She assists pharmacies, dental offices and employees with the submission of health and dental claims, in a timely and friendly manner.

Aimee grew up in Newfoundland and Labrador, and moved to Grande Prairie in 2018. She has her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Memorial University.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and cat. She also enjoy going to movies, shopping and spending time with her friends and family.

Chelsea assists advisors as an individual insurance administrator which includes new business processing, policy renewals and general client service requests.

Chelsea is also responsible for the service and administration of the self insured benefit plans, including Cost Plus plans. This includes processing the health and dental claims, processing enrolments and terminations, payments and invoicing to clients.  She provides support to pharmacies, dental offices and employees with the submission of health and dental claims. She works with clients to provide service in a timely, professional manner.

Sarah joined Neil & Associates in March 2024 as an Individual Client Operations Specialist. She is responsible for tracking of new business applications, placing of new business, set up of new investment accounts, as well as processing redemptions and subsequent investments for those accounts. She also handles general client service requests as they arise. In her 20+ years’ experience in customer service she has worked on building lasting rapport with clients and strives to generate meaningful and lasting relationships with clients and co-workers alike.

Sarah was raised in the Okanagan. She made her way to Grande Prairie in 2006 and she has been happy to call it home ever since. She is a graduate from Grande Prairie Regional College, where she obtained her Diploma in Business Administration.  She is a mother of a wonderful 13-year-old daughter; they spend their time together cooking, attending her daughters’ scheduled sports, and going on little adventures.

She is very excited to join such a wonderful team and we are so happy to have her!

Ashley is a wife and mom to 3 adorable kids. In the warmer months she likes being near the water, golfing and hiking. In the winter snowboarding, skating and building snowmen with her kids. She enjoys lazy day snuggling with her kids but also likes to be on the go and spending time with friends and family. She enjoys yoga, Zumba, dancing parties in the kitchen and picking up a good book, when she finds a few extra minutes. Loves dates nights with her husband and trying new restaurants and breweries.

As Marketing Associate she assists the advisors with contacting their clients to ensure they are aware of their current coverage in our office, sends out summaries of their coverage, schedules review appointments and handles our social media accounts.

Ashley worked with us almost 5 years ago as receptionist/advisor assistant before having her children and taking some time off to be a stay at home mom. We are so very happy to have her working with Neil & Associates again and we know she is looking forward to assisting you solve your financial puzzle.
