Janice joined Neil and Associates in April 2026 as a Claims Associate, where she handles and processes insurance claims with care, accuracy, and a strong commitment to client service. Her responsibilities include processing health and dental claims, enrolments and terminations for self insured benefit plans, and invoicing and client payments for Cost Plus plans. She also provides responsive support to pharmacies, dental offices, and employees throughout the health and dental claim-submission process. Janice brings a solid customer-service background to the role, including call-centre experience in both remote and in-person settings. Prior to joining Neil and Associates, she also gained experience working in retail and at an optical clinic.

Originally from the Philippines, Janice moved to Grande Prairie with her daughter in 2021. She completed her Business Administration diploma, majoring in Management, at Northwestern Polytechnic in 2023. When she is not at work, Janice can usually be found diving into a good documentary, planning her next travel adventure, enjoying a board game, or visiting a pet-themed café. Her favourite time, though, is spent with her daughter — watching favourite shows, playing musical instruments together, or simply relaxing at home with their rescued cat, who undoubtedly runs the household (^.^)
