Garnet Tagorda is part of Group Benefit Administrator team, where she supports clients and their employees with all aspects of Group Insurance, including Benefit and Retirement Plans. Her responsibilities include plan renewals, quoting, plan setups and amendments, and providing ongoing assistance to plan administrators and employees. She also handles administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and filing to support the team’s daily operations.

Originally from the Philippines, Garnet moved to Grande Prairie with her family and has since built a strong foundation in customer service and insurance. She holds a Business Administration diploma with distinction from Northwestern Polytechnic (formerly Grande Prairie Regional College) and obtained her Accident and Sickness Insurance license in Alberta in 2024. Prior to her current role, she gained experience working in the Travel Insurance industry.

Garnet is driven by a commitment to excellent service and takes pride in making benefit processes clear and accessible for clients. She values professionalism, reliability, and a client-centered approach in her work.

Outside of work, Garnet enjoys cooking, baking, reading, traveling, and watching films & series. She also stays active through strength training, running, and playing sports like tennis, badminton, and volleyball. She loves outdoor adventures like hiking and camping, and most of all, she cherishes spending quality time with her husband and family.
