Annie joined Neil and Associates in August 2025 as a Claims Associate. Managing self-insured benefit plans and programs, she oversees everything from enrollments, terminations, and claims processing to group onboarding and inquiries. By cross-training across departments, Annie continues to broaden her organizational expertise, always representing the company with professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine desire to help others.

Building on her passion for service, Annie transitioned from Auto and Home insurance to Health and Dental insurance. Annie excelled at managing detailed client records and compliance, while seamlessly collaborating with underwriting, claims, and sales teams to resolve complex issues and foster a positive team environment. Her commitment to service was honed early in her career with 10 years of customer service experience.

Born in the Philippines, Annie moved to Canada at a young age, where she built her life and developed a deep appreciation for community. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in life’s simple pleasures—whether traveling to new places, knitting, baking, or enjoying a peaceful stroll on with her dog Echo. At her core, Annie takes immense pride in helping others. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure people receive the support they need, taking the time to communicate with clarity, care, and thorough detail.
