Kurt has been providing service to Grande Prairie and surrounding area for four years. He works with you to find a solution that fits your everyday needs. His services include employee benefits planning, insurance planning (including life insurance and critical illness insurance), plus financial security planning and estate planning for business owners and professionals. Kurt is engaged to Christie McLeod and is getting married this summer.

Away from work Kurt is on the board of directors of Grande Prairie Golf and Country Club , and part of the Grande Prairie Senior Athletics hockey club.

Tab has 22 years of retail experience including 16 years of sales and sales management with Hi-Tech Business Systems. He provided his clients with sound advice and great service making him a leader and respected in his industry and the community. Strong communication and leadership skills and his ability to build strong relationships are Tab’s strengths. Tab is a member of Advocis, The Financial Advisors Association of Canada.

He is active in the community volunteering for many organizations:

Brenda Moffat

Individual Service Representative

Brenda is responsible for the service and administration of all client accounts. Her main tasks include processing the client requests and inquires within the office. Her services range from policy renewals and tracking new business, to investment contributions and account updates.

Cecile has joined the Neil & Associates team to assist in the day to day operation of the office.

Carrie Sandboe

Marketing Sales Associate

Carrie Sandboe is the Marketing Sales Associate of Neil & Associates and specializes in the public relations and marketing aspects of the business, as well assuming the role of office manager. Carrie joined Neil & Associates in 2000 and has an in depth knowledge of both the group and individual insurance business.

Carrie’s attention to detail and extensive knowledge of the clientele and policies allow her to provide high quality customer service and assistance in many areas of our business.

Carrie’s commitment and determination is a valuable resource in our office.

Ronda Ruddell

Group Service Representative

Ronda joined Neil & Associates in October of 2008. She is the key contact for our group insurance clients and is responsible for administering and servicing their employee benefit plans. Ronda’s main tasks include policy renewals, assisting employers and employees with claims and information changes, as well as helping to ensure our clients benefit plans meet their employee’s needs and desires while remaining competitive and cost efficient. Ronda also handles all the administration for the group RRSP plans.

Ronda has worked in the insurance industry for over 22 years. Her experience within the investment and benefits industry allows her to provide innovative suggestions and knowledge in many areas of our business.
